Directions to Our Plymouth Office: 40 Industrial Park Road Plymouth, MA 02360 [Interactive Map] From the South and Cape Cod Follow Route 3 north to Exit #7 (Rt. 44 west). Take your first exit onto Commerce Way. Turn right at the end of the ramp, then left onto Christa McAuliffe Boulevard. This road turns into Industrial Park Road. Our office is about one mile down on the right-hand side, in the same building as the RMV. Parking is behind the building. From the North Follow Route 3 south to Exit #7 (Rt. 44 west). Turn left on Route 80 (West Plymouth Square is on your left). Follow Route 80 for one-half mile and turn right onto Commerce Way. Parking is behind the building. Directions to our Mashpee Office: 133 Falmouth Road (Route 28) [Interactive Map] Directions from Falmouth Area Follow Route 28 east toward the Mashpee rotary. Continue 1.5 miles past the rotary on Route 28 toward Hyannis. Our office is on the left side, just past Harborside Nursing Home, in Shellback Place. Directions from Wareham/Bourne Area Go over the Bourne Bridge and around the rotary continuing on Route 28 south toward Falmouth. Take the Route 151 exit. At the end of the ramp, bear right and follow Route 151 east several miles. Continue 1.5 miles past the Mashpee rotary on Route 28 toward Hyannis. Our office is on the left side, just past Harborside Nursing Home, in Shellback Place. Directions from Outer Cape Area Follow Route 6 west to Exit #5. Bear left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 149 south four miles. Route 149 ends at Route 28. Turn right onto Route 28 and go 3 miles to 133 Falmouth Road. We are on the right side in Shellback Place, just past Bosun's Marine. Directions to our South Dennis Office: 76 Airline Road [Interactive Map] Directions from Hyannis Area Route 6 east to Exit 9B. At the end of the ramp, bear right heading north on Route 134. Continue æ mile to Airline Road and bear right. Go º mile and turn right into the Dennis Medical Arts Building. Post & O'Connor Eye Centers is in the front of the building. Directions from Orleans Area Route 6 west to Exit 9B. Turn right onto Route 134 north, travel 3/4 mile and bear right onto Airline Road.
